Beaujolais Gamay

Pure deliciousness

Yum! As usual, superb. Saliva-inducing red. Sarsaparilla, cardamon, earth, rhubarb, juicy red berries, olives, brine. My only issue with this wine is that it won't last till day three - overnight and you can start tasting the "beany" element.

Pretty & bright. Needs some air, but opens quickly. Has a spicy character through the nose and palate with tart cherries & cooler blue fruit on the back end. Mild tannins & tons of acid here. Great stuff.
