Classic lean and sharp aligote’ with a bit of fattiness from the vintage. Delicious.

Very pleasant and fresh

100% Aligote. Light golden color. Aromas of yellow fruit, white flowers and fresh herbs. Flavors of golden delicious apple, pear, citrus honey, raw nuts and a hint of minerals. Touch of saline on the long and lingering finish. Medium bodied with mouth watering (high level of) acidity. Elegant, well structured with a slightly creamy texture. Crisp, tangy and refreshing.
