Uber high acid, lemon peels, tart citrus, wet stone. It tasted more like a blending trial wine, before the other components are added to complete a NV champagne. There's not even the vaguest appearance of roundness. #sample

A nice, straightforward Pinot Gris that is on the lighter side. Great for the price and considering that they are a sustainable winery. Pear, Earth & Stone.
