Quite bold when first opened. Tastes amazing when Decanted. You can taste the berries and white pepper. It would pair well with hard cheeses and beef.

Taste the damson plum. Well, I can't. I don't know what it is or what it's supposed to taste like. It's slightly spicy, slightly wet, slightly tasty and medium bodied.
