This unique white is a surprisingly big wine, with rich body and lots of pineapple lime flavors up front. There is a bit of residual sugar, but this is by no means a sweet wine. It is nicely balanced and bright, like a really citric and full bodied Pinot Grigio. It is versatile with food - we drank it for Leftover Night mixed bag dinner.

Highly aromatic and full bodied. Sitting at 14.5% alcohol. Actually hides it quite well. The heart of this wine reveals sweet pear, ripe peach, grilled pineapple, and honeyed ginger, finishing into mandarin oranges and spicy beeswax. Some residual sugar, but compliments the overall spirit of this wine. Props to the central coast!
