One of my favorite “cheap” wines! I typically keep either Cabernet or Merlot of this brand on hand for regular weeknight dinners or to add to recipes. The cab is excellent when making sangria. 🍎🍉🍊🍍🍷

I’ve turned my nose at this brand time and time again before I finally picked this bottle up for sale for $9 for 1.5L. While obviously not a top notch wine, for the pricing I am happy. Black currant, vanilla, spice, and some mild cherry notes. A drinkable wine by itself, but IMO an unrefined wine that I wouldn’t pair with a nice meal. Fruity and not at all dry as you would usually expect of a Cabernet Sauvignon. For a grocery store staple cheap wine, it’s not horrible, but it sure isn’t good.
