Iβm happy with this wine. I typically look to Australia for Shiraz but I have to say the Yellow-Tail cab-sauv is nice vibrant, velvety, and smooth yet a bit acidic. Tart blackcurrant berries and spicy, coffee? The finish is BlackBerry, and long. I enjoyed this wine. Will do it again.
