Big Big Big #BRETTANOMYCES distracting from any #cultivar character. did remind me of my childhood chores on the ranch, shoveling #shit from the horse stalls, so it gets points for its #懐かしい factor.

Though not highly rated and introduced to us as a highly tannic wine, it went surprisingly well with dinner. Smokey and deep berry flavours really complemented our meal that included uni, oysters, foie, charred cabbage, bone marrow, cured tuna and roast duck with cherries.

Lovely light Brett. Nothing too crazy, but still interesting and quaffable

Max bought from birite to go with roast chicken.

Fruity and a little funky without being too sweet or tannic. Just perfect.

This one is for serious natural wine lovers. Pleasant and drinkable in the mouth, but loads of barnyard on the nose. You've been warned.
