Want to try with all 3 current whites. Very smooth. Odd smell at the beginning. Overall a good candidate. Drinkable, no sour pucker.

Light green bell pepper, a bit of lemon zest on the back end, strong wet dog after it opens up. Definitely not what I'm looking for out of a Southern hemisphere sauv blanc. Give me some beautiful tropical fruit/stone fruit!
