This is pretty good!! A little tannin that gives a juicy mouth feel, some spicy top notes that leave a lingering peppery taste but not tooooo harsh as to need food. I do think this works better with food though and wouldn’t be my first choice for drinking on it’s own. Sausages would be a good choice.

Medium bodied, strongly fruity, perfect paired with roast pork. Just enough tannin to not want to drink on it's own, but perfect paired with the lighter roasted meats. I would def buy again.
