This is pretty good!! A little tannin that gives a juicy mouth feel, some spicy top notes that leave a lingering peppery taste but not tooooo harsh as to need food. I do think this works better with food though and wouldn’t be my first choice for drinking on it’s own. Sausages would be a good choice.

Sep 18th, 2021Medium bodied, strongly fruity, perfect paired with roast pork. Just enough tannin to not want to drink on it's own, but perfect paired with the lighter roasted meats. I would def buy again.
