Pale lemon color with light intensity, youthful aromas of pear, apple, toast, lemon and wet stone. Simple, with medium flavors of pear, lemon, toast, cheese and savory notes. Dry, light body, medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol and medium finish. Very good quality but drink now, not suitable for further aging. Bring on the posters!

Acid hits hard and fast. Brings sea brine and thirst quenching citrus fruits. Grapefruit and lemon really shine as the wine warms on this 100 degree day🌞Where's the oysters?

Nepente and sour watermelon the lightest smoky brine, but fresh as an early marine layer. Lemon and orange pith with a clean marble middle. Kumquat and candied lemon peel tame the edges, but the whole is so well integrated it reads as the perfect backdrop to the subtle liqueur of an oyster.

Nice richness and texture while still being bright and refreshing.

Almost Champagne toastiness mixed with lime and under ripe pear. Paired with grilled shrimp and heirloom tomato salad. Pinch me.

Superb acidity that raced into lemon & white grapefruit juice.

Maybe I've been a bit to exclamatory lately but my lord is this delicious. Perfectly crispy, salty, textured, and fruity. Smells like a Sauv Blanc but tastes like a mix of Grüner and Riesling. Fantastic juice!

A rather bland white. Not bad...but kinda boring for my preferences.
