Medium bodied with nice legs.
Medium finish with big, powerful tannins.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
To me it felt too light and watery. Drinkable but bland. Not my taste.

Fine berries on the nose, fine body with good tannins. Crushed cherry fruit, mild spice. Very airy which is easy to drink on its own but you'll discover interesting new flavours with food, especially cheese!

Still a bit hot and a touch too much bite but will soften in 2-4. Still good clean and fresh cherry, plum and spice present and medium length. The drunken goat cheese has paired nicely
