My wine firsts abound. As you can see in the picture I’m enchanted. This is hauntingly elegant. Sweet orange, honeysuckle and lemon yogurt meet in the ring. Spoiler alert there will be no victor as all agree to play peacefully and take turns sparring with my taste buds. There is enough acid in this to keep everything on its toes.
