On the back label it says "Peak 1990-1995" and 11,8% alcohol.
Garnet colour, very complex at the nose: pomegranate, rose, carob, balsamic, talc powder, star anise, leather, liquorice, caramelised tomatoes. There is a sweetness that gives elegance like in the good aged Bordeaux.
At the palate it is perfectly clean, fresh, persistent with a silky tannin. Wine in balance not fading at all. Wyndham Estate must have been a very serious producer in those years๐๐
