A bit hot. Caramel, mild milk chocolate. Red fruit. Tannins are strong but integrated. Somewhat brambly. Eating cheese and watching Midnight in Paris wishing I would have opened a Burgundy or Champagne. Being that I watch it about once every other week, I’ll do better on the next attempt.

Jammy, smooth & delicious, yet subtle fruit forward well balanced. Blackberry & cherry hints. A bit of tobacco mustiness in a good way, with a possible hint of vanilla & pepper. A subtle wine, not in your face at all. Would pair well with many foods.

Giant nose, smooth and long mouth feel, strong dark fruit, BlackBerry, with a bit of leather underneath. still feels pretty young, I'd decant at least an hour or two, but I think this could be really good in a couple years
