World's End
Little Sister Reserve Merlot
2009 vintage. From old vines in Coombsville. Spectacular nose, truffle galore with underlying blackberries and amazing freshness! Juicy and smooth, with depth and serious velvety tannic backbone, long finish with retronasal truffle. Excellent value at 30 euro.

Feb 18th, 2015World’s End makes nice wines. Always grab it when I see it. Black fruit and firm tannins, good length. Feels like I stole it for $35.

Nov 11th, 2016Outstanding. First bottle was flawed. This is much more what I expected. Edit day 2: snuck a half bottle in the fridge and this went to 96 pts. Drinks like a mineral-driven Bordeaux with some really pretty fruit. Beautiful. Damn.
