Light yellow in color.
On the nose, grapefruits, lemons, limes, apricots, green apples, white pepper and kiwi.
Full bodied and crisp, with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with grapefruits, lime, lemons, citrus, green apples, minerals and sea salt.
Medium finish with limes and bitter almonds.
Drinkable and simple good food wine. I paired it with cheese and crackers (by the lake).

Medium finish with limes and bitter almonds.
A Drinkable and inexpensive Sauvignon Blanc from California. Simple and a little bitter, but I paired it with hanging out by the lake which made it somewhat better. Better with Seafood rather than just by itself.
12.5% alcohol by volume.

Sitting on a patio in Bequia this full bodied deliciously dry white is easy on the buds. Lemon, limes, heavy grapefruit and slight apple notes. Pizza coming soon and it will be a great match.
