A bit of a contradiction. Delicate pineapple and white flour flavors, but just kind of overwhelmed by the racing acidity. We were having black Finn tuna with pesto, so it definitely helped to cut through everything but at the same time there was just so much acid, but it felt like it was giving me heartburn. This would be better with fattier, cheeses, or heavier sauces, very good, just very intense.

Unscrew and pour. Amazing intensity. On the nose: guava cotton candy, lemon oil, grilled hazelnut. On the palate: amazing acidity and density: grapefruit pith, a touch of underripe pineapple, meyer lemon, loads of wet stone, long finish. Far and away my best btl so far, and maybe a tick forward evolution-wise?
