It's a Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot blend. Perfume dark florals, black licorice, blackberries, blueberries & black plum on the nose. On the palate, ripe fruits of; blueberries, black berries, black cherries, black licorice, black cherry cola, violets, baked rhubarb, bitty stem inclusion & soft leather. Finishes dark cassis and high acidity.

Starting point, we think this needs some more time to integrate or drink soon, only time will tell. At the moment it is a little unbalanced. Medium ruby red. Layered nose with dark berries, dark cherries, boysenberries, nutmeg and a little brambles. Moderate plus acidity that is a little unbalanced. Moderate tannins (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Lots of red cherries, raspberries and minerality in the medium plus finish. Slight greenery too. Either needs another year in the bottle to see what happens or drink by 2018.
