Nose is all minerals. Like forest air. I love that. Palate is elegant, complex and crunchy as all can. High acidity and lovely freshness and finesse. Long finish gets some pitted apricot and peach flavors. Beautiful texture and mouthfeel. Like you’re sucking on a pit. What an overachiever this is.

Terrific nose. Gorgeous fruit. Mineral. Melon, ripe apricot, amazing airiness and salinity. Palate is wide open. Crunchy minerals and fruit. Elegant and very pure with lovely citrus fruit. So clean.

May be a little more edgy than the Schlossberg 16. More lime than lemon I prefer this over the Schlossberg tonight. Some green notes which are hard to pin down. Plenty of minerals this is a steal!
