Probstey Riesling

Wonderful. Drinking so well now. Super mineral, wet earth, elegant. No formal notes.

Starting to get aged Riesling on the nose. Some honey. Still mineral. Super clean. Poetry.

Palate is fresh. Green apple. That Mineral fruit blend. Wow. A bit of elegant unctuousness as this opens. Wow.

I’m not sure if this is a 9.5 that is a 9.3 because of the age or just a 9.5 straight up. I’ll split the difference.

Ok fuck that. As it opens Mos def 9.5. Nose is so elegant. Like a flower of apple skins.

Sick wine. Citrus mineral nose. Crunchy minerality on the palate up the yin yang. Really pure citrus. Finish is alive. Wow. Bought from fass selections.

Mineral up the wazoo. So balanced. Complex. Out so no formal notes. Citrusy and some slight exotic like pineapple guava fruit.

Nose of yellow fruits, minerals, dense mineral, and very aromatic. Intense and mineral. More dense than Schlossberg and even a bit of spicey. Drinks earlier than the Schlossberg. Salty finish. Riper but also excessively mineral. Long finish.
