Hölle Riesling

Glorious nose of apricot, peach and minerals. Very pretty. Smells like if the ocean was made of Riesling. Palate is gorgeous and a bit backwards with pink grapefruit, tangelo and apricot. Gorgeous purity and depth. Killer acidity but needs to come together. Nose gets herbal with air. Also some spice. Palate has great concentration and such an intense mineral sheen. Juicy and linear and wonderful delineation on the finish. Nose is confectionary beyond. Wet, damp earth. Salty, juicy, clean. So ludicrous. Succulent. This is killer on day 2. Wow. So concentrated and deep. Unreal tension. 9.6 9.7 overnight. The sap and intensity are world class.

What a nose. Lemon, confectionary, salty, complex perfume. Insane spice. Tree bark. Citrus. Pink grapefruit. Elegant and pure. Electric and so intense. Concentrated. That is something. Elegance. That’s the best Holle ever. Textured and so complex. Lemony and structured.

Nose is big and beautiful. Yellow fruits and massive minerals. Hints of white flowers. As this opens minerals are more finely powdered.

Palate is crunchy minerals. Yellow fruits. Amazing. So dense. Delicious.
