The touch of effervescent helps mark this as a great summer go to. Grapefruit, green tea, Sav Blanc like grassiness. Loads of acid in this dry Groovy. Will buy more.

Pear, lime and white peaches are a bit overshadowed by GV's classic peppery complexion. Grassy notes of fennel stocks, white pepper, and green tea fill in where the gripping acidity leaves off. A touch of effervescence doesn't hurt either.
