Srebrna góra Kraków - cabernet cortis 2015.
Intense nose of blackberry, some spices (black pepper) and some touches of green pepper not unlike the scent of a cabernet franc. The palate is delicate, not wide with some nice green pepper and blue berry touches all along the acid backbone. Short finish with black fruits. One of the best red Polsih I've had.

Amazing nose of Hatch green chile. On the palate more green chile, green pepper, white pepper and minerals. The pepper predominates in a long acid finish. Very interesting.
