Needs 1.5 hours of air. Nose of dried flowers, dark cherries, forest floor. Palate is fungi, berries, slight hint of cola, stems, and strawberries on the front and finish. Great for the price from wind gap sell off.

This had a ton of precipitate showing after laying undisturbed for several years. Gave it a vigorous shake and let it stand up for several days before opening. Clear when opened, this was a nice Santa Cruz Pinot with Cherry, spice and acidity, Medium body.
