Elate Grange Cuvée Dry Creek Valley Red Blend
A little on the lighter side but full mouthfeel and nice finish. Good with red meat but doesn’t overwhelm. Nice balance.

Dec 9th, 2023Paired with lobster tail and crab cakes. Delicious nose, not too earthy yet bold.

May 17th, 2020A nice tribute to the Penfolds Grange- nice dark, plum color. Aromas of blackberries, plums, baking spices and a flutter of vanilla. Nice black fruit, soft spices on the finish. Paired nicely with some bruschetta.

Sep 27th, 2018With no aeration, there is a fair amount of oak on the nose. With some swirling and time, plum, black fruit, a little baking spice on the nose. Guessing there's a fair bit of Merlot in this blend. On the palate, fruit is still thriving - ripe plum, ripe blackberries, ropes black grapes. Sage, oregano notes. Balanced acid-tannin levels. Wants pasta sauce.
