2009 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 30 mins. Much more acidity (specifically orange peel/orange zest) than any other new or older WS offering I’ve come across. Was really tight initially and improved somewhat. Maybe an off bottle or “in a mood.” Was lacking the usual/hallmark WS rubber stamp that accompanies their juice. Muted. 8.26.23.

Aug 27th, 20232009 vintage. Some cola nut, cinnamon, allspice and fairly bright cherry. Had some sulphury funk upon opening but blew off after 2-3 minutes. Still medium-bodied. Don't see it getting better but should hold here for another 4.5 years.
