Still young. Big strawberries. Tart. Perfect for a Salmon with kumquats and soy glaze. Trifecta.

Williams Selyem Central Coast Pinot Noir 2015: Medium-light bodied. Well balanced. Red fruit dominate followed by blueberry, spice, oak & earth. For me, first time trying & enjoying their Central Coast Pinot. Not the most complex but absolutely delicious, delightful and easy to drink! Enjoy the nice weather & happy Sunday to all! Cheers🍷
