This wine has it all. Medium ruby, medium+ intensity aromas of black tea, violet, black cherry, dried herbal notes of thyme and rosemary, forest floor, a bit of clove spice. Dry, Medium acidity, silky medium (-) tannin, ripe fruit impressions of plum, black cherry,  long finish. outstanding quality

Not wanting risk having too much barnyard for my liking from holding, I opened tonight. Decanted for roughly 20 minutes. A little dusty funk blew off and revealed light to medium body. This wine has cola and earth on the pallet. A more savory style that paired well with grilled salmon.
