Central Coast Pinot Noir

Silky and smooth with acidic dark fruit notes. Not a great Pinot, but drinkable

Had 2016 in June of 2020. Was a tasty Pinot noir. Balanced with light fruits and hints of wood. Silky smooth finish. Tasty and would buy again.

Bittersweet chocolate.

Enjoyed this PN with tuna and a ginger/garlic glaze. It was a nice pairing. Taste of vanilla and maybe tobacco.
