2010 Vintage. Slight sprits on opening. Probably, a low sulphur wine. However, once decanted the wine delivered. The nose is complex. Dark cherry, raspberry and orange rind intermingle with hints of charred chorizo, mushroom consume, coffee and spice. The palate is juicy and generous balanced with supple long tannins. Dark cherry, charcuterie,mushroom and spice intermingle. Finish savoury and compelling. Yum
