Pale lemon with aromas of citrus and ripe stone fruits with herb and grassy notes. On the palate flavors of pear, citrus and some herb grassy tones with lively acidity. Medium finish, nice mouthfeel, ending crisp with earthy herbal, citrus, grassy and stony notes. Drink now while it’s fresh!

Latest bottling is abundant on the nose with ripe peach and pineapple and has lighter weight in the mouth with lovely lemon juice notes that remind me a little of homemade lemonade so perfect as a light style wine with canapés.

The description of a lemony citrusy with a touch of cherry aroma is spot on. Surprisingly I was eating fish and did not find this overwhelming to pair.
