This is silly - funky natty pet-nat rose from right here in Texas. Loads of raspberry, mulled berries, spice, and cream. Delicious and gulpable. Off-dry. I’ll tell ya what - this is the first Texan winery to really turn my head and catch my attention.. their whole lineup was solid. Definitely worth checking out, but this was the star.

The creativity that William and Chris have is amazing. Great Texas Sparkling with light bubbles, slight deeper red then a normal Rosé. Hints of strawberry and citrus with nice acidity.

Yeasty, funky and fizzy (no joke have glasses at the ready). Probably not for everyone, but if you are looking to try something refreshing and new to the palette give this a try.
