Crisp and herbal with peaches and lime all over the place. Drinks like a lighter bodied cross between a Loire Sav Blanc and an Albariño. A perfect match to a chicken Caesar salad on one of the last warm days of the year. This TX producer delivers more often than not. Super enjoyable.

Nose is fruity and floral, with notes of honeysuckle, pear and fresh cut peach. The flavor is lite bodied, with fresh white fruits and gentle acidity.

Crisp white wine. Could easily sip the entire bottle on a hot day.

Tart and crisp. Lots of peach and apricot. Finishes with a note of tobacco that lingers. Let’s just say Big Stone Fruit White! I liked it. Nice summer wine. Jenn doesn’t like peaches, so needless to say, was not a fan.
Love the William Chris wines but will probably pick up the Rosé or the Petite Verdot next time.
