Midweight, juicy and long. Not overly sweet. Just the way I like ‘em.
Apple cider and fresh pears. Dusty, powdery mouthfeel of candied lemons, and delicate nuances of Madras curry, slate and shrimps.

Open and flashy nose but in good balance. Lime, petrol hints, slatiness, but all very rounded and soft. Medium bodied- the sweetness is fun

Phenomenal. Light on its feet and food friendly, despite the bit of residual sugar. Pair with good bread & butter.
