Goes wonderfully with everything from Pollo Novello (yummy roasted chicken) to Caserecce con Ragu di Salsiccia (pasta w/housemade spicy sausage)... thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

Spice drops with ripe cherry and potting soil. Resolves into a ceylon cinnamon finish. Enjoyed this one greatly.
