Director Sales & Marketing Black Cordon Vineyards, Sixteen by Twenty Wines

I was excited to try this because I love the Joseph Swan Pinot made from this same vineyard. Overall it wasn't bad - a little one dimensional and a bit too fruit-centric for my personal taste...I prefer more earth and minerality in my Pinots, so I think I would stick with the Joseph Swan if given a choice between the two.

Masculine nose of leather and cedar smoke/bbqed plums. Nice acidity, but primary flavored are smokey blackberry, plums, basil, and leather. A manly pinot noir. Nice, lingering finish.
