A blend of 84% Cab Sauv, 13% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot & 1% Malbec. Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, sweet floral spice and jammy scents. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry flavors with vanilla and nutty spices. Good structure, fine juicy tannins, medium+ finish ending with an oaky sweet fruit character. Drink now.

While yummy it seems to be lacking precision and blind could easily pass for Chilean Cab or a Syrah. Blue flowers and ripe blackberry fruit. Ultra ripe smooth tannins. It’s an enjoyable wine, don’t get me wrong, but it lacks mojo

As an anchor wine this was enjoyable, but it felt like it never quite reached an interesting point of expression. I picked up some flavors of dark fruit, blackberry, boysenberry, oak, and a bit of white pepper.

Pleasant, but still oak and a lot of tannins. Needs another three years in the bottle,

Deep, dark black fruit. Very closed off at first with tight tannins, but opened up nicely.
