Wonderful. On its own: cherries, strawberries, cedar, vanilla. With steak, a crazy switchover to herbaceous land: menthol, thyme, eucalyptus. Silky mouthfeel all around.

This small, family owned winery doesn't seem to get much love. IMHO they make consistent, excellent CS. This wine has classic CS aroma and a cascade of lovely dark fruit and spice. Elegant, full bodied and a long finish. Closed with a glass Vinoseai. 455 cases made. ABV 14.2%
