Great authenticity, integrity and purity but the acidity is too high in relation to the minerality which is non-existent.

Oct 26th, 2014Not sure what happened here....tasted this at the winery year or so ago and it was very complex and delicious. Now there is zero fruit. Nothing but savory notes which wouldn't be bad but the acid seems pretty out of balance. Disjointed=disappointed #sadface
