Another solid vintage of this consistently excellent New England bubbly! Intense Aromas and flavors of baked apples with hints of grapefruit and vanilla. Dark gold color. Beautiful mousse and consistent tiny bubbles with pallet cleansing acidity. Buttery/creamy texture. So well made. Thank You, John P.

Last one with Geoff was rather oxidized but this one is spot on. Like a vintage Champagne (ok stated like SG) and actually went very well with hot pot for year of the Pig. 2/5/19. Still good day after. A bargain.
