Westcott is one of my favourite wineries in Ontario thanks to their Pinot Noir.

I had the 13 a few years ago... but there’s something about their sweet 16.

Cherry. Smokiness.

Paired this with truffle agnolotti with freshly shaved truffle.

Can’t wait to open the Reserve in a few years.

Cherry, vanilla, light body, medium acid. Very pretty, much more Burgundian than a typical Canadian (or American) Pinot, but the oakyness lacks refinement.
