100% Napa Cabernet. Dark purple color. Fruit forward aromas and flavors of black fruits but the most noticeable notes are chocolate and vanilla. Smooth, silky and soft. A pleasant sweetness on the finish. Totally New World in style but made quite well. Might not be everyone’s “cup of tea,” (typical Napa fruit bomb) but I must admit that this wine was easy to drink and pleasant. Tough to pair with food. Best as a sipper.
