Vintage 2014 | luxury saturday luncheon wine with a cheese asparagus salad. Really beautiful smell, multi layered with impressions of nettle, citrus, butter, passionfruit, buttercups and a balanced taste with citrus and good acidity.

Beautiful #silvaner from #Franken | Partnered it with calf’s liver with red onion and chard. Lovely combination, gives happinnes.

Herbal, vegetable in the way Silvaner can only do it (sweet sugarsnap peas and the such) with intense minerality. So refined. I mean so refined. Ask floral. Just a symphony of Silvaner. Palate is pure magic. Juicy and OMG this is so refined and elegant. And man is this deep. This is a wine that has to be tasted to be believed to see what a genius Paul is and how great Silvaner can be.
