Pear, apple smooth and flavorful. Nice Chablis style Chardonnay. Maybe missing a touch of acid on the finish to give it a bit more crispness but easy to be sitting in a chair with glass in hand being a critic. Great winery, can’t wait to go back.

So good! Smooth. Light citrus on nose but not on taste buds. Anyone whoever stated they did not like Chardonnay would drool

Hits one mineral note straight and true, with just a hint of orchard fruit. Lean.

Gewurztraminer. Can’t comment other than we did enjoy this one as well as all the other ones we tasted at Weis. It wasn’t knock out but it was enjoyable and we had a great time with the knowledgeable and fun steward. Also, couldn’t beat the ambience in the old converted barn. I bet when we open this later we will enjoy it more and remember the fine time we had!
