Starts off with some Chardonnay breadth but quickly the core of minerality & juicy, herby acidity takes over, leaving just a hint of creaminess on the palate. Rather fruit peel & pith vs fruit flesh.
Savoury, juicy, with enough complexity to make it interesting but not complex.
This is made for autumn! The ultimate Schnitzel wine.

Shy in the nose with some pears, green banana, rye bread + a nice whiff of white pepper. Full of character and intriguing mouthfeel with the Chardonnay creaminess pierced by the spice of PB and PG. Nicely balanced, with good concentration & purity of fruit and a savory finish. A great food wine.
