Palate is so harmonious and pure with awesome freshness and purity. Razor sharp acidity and a palate staining finish. Some wild mint now on the nose. Juicy, incisive, invigorating and so concentrated. So sapid on the finish and really sticks in your gums with razors and opulence. Just a brilliant Sylvaner. Will be back as it evolves. This got so energetic after air and the opulence dialed back. Wonderful.
