Löhrer Berg Nahe Riesling

Straw color; nose with elegant, steely, mineral notes and a subtle fruitiness combined with opulent, petroleum-like touch - like a good mix of a Mosel and an Alsace; taste is restrained and elegant, with red and yellow citrus, low alcohol high acids, and an anise-sprinkled long finish.

Balance! Lovely complexity, very long finish. Lots of herb and lime.

Complex dry Riesling with zesty acidity and layers of lime, flowers, guava, pineapple, and Alpine flowers.

Too bad it’s not 4 or five years younger…

Golden yellow, on the nose lemongrass, Kaffir lime, limestone with a hint of effervescent. Medium++ dry with a great floral taste. Remarkable vale for such Riesling

Lovely acid with pears rather ripe, just on the edge to become sweet.

Color of bubbly gold. Nose of mild volume, nutty fragrance, oak, and some tropical fruit. Taste follow similar structure with addition of subtle acidity, some zest, and some minerals. Aftertaste is dominated by the long subtle acidity. Very good with salmon.

Very soft minerality. Delicate wine. Low valley site.
