Light/medium body, golden color with green hues intertwined. Strong nose of rubber or latex, candied white fruits, bubble gum powder, and maybe some jasmine as well? After a week of being open it still had great energy, good acidity and a clean, mineral finish with crisp, white and yellow fruit flavors lingering LONG after the first sip, with notes of hay, ethanol and maybe some apricot or cumquat. Very well crafted, old world, and complex dry Riesling.
