About 2 years since my last bottle. While this is absolutely yummy, there has been little real progression in bottle to date. On the nose: green apple, soft peach, a suggestion of effervescence and some yeast. On the palate, fantastic acidity, green apple, meyer lemon, good density, and a very clean finish. Seems largely unchanged from my previous tastings.
